I love to find new ways that make my life as a busy mom easier and specially stress free. :) For me the main thing when organizing anything in my home, is to make it functional and easy to keep organized at all times. Yes ladies and gentlemen this is not just for the pictures here on my blog. :) Now you know my little secret I am a clean and organizing freak. hehehe Psst, don't tell anyone!:)
Now it's more functional and so much easier to find things and for sure less wasted food. It's not just about wasting your money but the the thought of throwing food away when there is people with nothing to eat makes me sick, so this is also the reason why I think we should all do a little fridge makeover. :) Now when I open my fridge I find exactly what I need in seconds. Those white storage bins can be found at Dollarama or any Dollar store, they carry different sizes. You don't have to buy any fancy equipment or items when organizing your home.
To keep it clean and organized and specially functional you need to maintain what you've done by cleaning out your fridge once a week and with the bins it's so much easier and faster to clean. I've been doing this for a couple of months now and I find this is the best solution to keep my fridge always clean and organized.
Remember to put items back in their correct storage bins, that's the point of having storage bins is to find what you want fast and not waste time looking for.:)
You can also label all your bins so you know exactly what you have inside each one. I think I will do that in the near future. :)

Tens que o treinar um pouco.:) Ja tentas te por "labels" o meu marido encontra as coisas mais facilmente assim e a serio eu acho muito mais facil do que andar a procura onde e que esta isto ou aquilo e para limpar muito mais rapido.:) e principalmente o congelador nao e tipo cada vez que abro o congelador cai tudo em cima. hehehe agora com os cestos de plastico e so tirar o cesto e ja esta. :) Jokas e boa sorte.

DeleteI love, love,love organizing. I have to admit my favorite tip is the simplest one, just going through your home and getting rid of things you don't use. I keep a bag in my laundry room at all times for things we've grown out of or don't want or need. Every few months I'll drop it off at the goodwill.

That is for sure a good tip Marie!!! Me and my hubby are not big spenders. Sure we love shopping once in a while and buying things but some people really do waste so much in things they do not need and end up with a home full of clutter. I can't stand that! hahaha I also love to organize.:)

ReplyDeleteTrust me mine was a mess to before. I tried a bunch of other organzing tricks and this one so far is the best ever to keep my fridge organize at all times, finding things faster, takes only a few minutes to clean it and a lot less wasted food.:)
